If you ever wanted to monitor and plan your training regime by accurately measuring your VO2 max, blood lactate or body composition then this is the place to go! There is also a large heat/humidity/altitude chamber - it doesn't seem that intimidating since it is really just a large room with exercise equipment. Settings can be adjusted so you can train to acclimatise for heat and humidity and you can also incorporate some altitude training in your regime without climbing up a mountain!
